Can I buy something online?
At this time, we do not offer online orders. To make sure you have the best experience possible, we encourage you to come into the store to see, feel and try on any items you may be interested in purchasing.
How do I return an item?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesistate to bring it back to the store. We want your experience at Gordon's Menswear to be a pleasurable
one - so if you're not happy, neither are we,
Can you order something for me?
Yes - as long as we're a vender for the company, we will happily order items for our customers. Come into the store and take a look at our stocklists, if you see it - we can get it.
Do you do alterations?
Yes and no. We outsource out tailoring to a local professional. If you order an item that needs to be altered, we'll take care of it for you. We drop it off and pick it up at no additional expense to you.
How often do you send out emails?
When we have new arrivals or upcoming sales. We understand that most email boxes today are flooded with junk, and we promise not to contribute to that.
